This is a perfect location from which to explore the stunning Pembrokeshire coast and there are numerous sandy beaches, harbours and coves within 5 miles - Newgale, Abereiddy, Porthgain, Trethllyn, Abercastle, The Blue Lagoon and Whitesands to name just a few. Some of the rooms have views of the sea.
Within 100 yards of the property there is a well-stocked convenience store and a pub which serves good food.
The spacious house is ideal for large families or groups of friends wishing to share a holiday.
The front door leads into the hallway which leads into the comfortable LOUNGE, featuring a stone fire place with a welcoming multi-fuel stove.
The lounge is comfortably furnished with sofas, easy chairs, colour TV, DVD and items of occasional furniture.
Glass folding doors open from the lounge into the DINING ROOM which overlooks the back garden, the dining room is furnished with a large wooden dining table with matching leather chairs, these two rooms can be used separately or as one.
There is also a quiet SNUG where one can sit in the evening and relax after a day out walking along the Coastal Path, this room is tastefully furnished with comfortable easy chairs and well stocked book shelf.
The KITCHEN is spacious and extremely well equipped with a range of wooden units, electric range style cooker, microwave oven, dishwasher, and fridge/freezer.
The GAMES ROOM has an exercise bike and also houses the automatic washing, tumble drier and holiday paraphernalia.
The utility area opens into the rear garden and also contains the SHOWER CUBICLE and a separate WC.
Upstairs there are five good sized bedrooms; the front bedrooms benefit from delightful sea views from Strumble Head down towards Penberry.
The rear bedrooms enjoy views of the rolling countryside.
The MASTER and SECOND BEDROOMS each contain a king size beds, fitted wardrobes and bedside tables and the second also has an en-suite.
The THIRD, FOURTH & FIFTH BEDROOMS contain twin beds with matching furniture.
The family BATHROOM contains bath, shower over bath wash hand basin and WC.
Fresh bed linen is provided for all the beds which have duvets.
There are three garden areas.
At the front of the house is a small well-tended lawn with mature shrubs and to the rear there is a south facing 'suntrap' walled garden with lawn, patio and ample garden furniture.
Beyond this is a half-acre of enclosed paddock, ideal for children and pets to have a run around in.
There is ample parking for 3 cars or more on the tarmac drive.
There is oil fired central heating throughout the house, this is charged at a flat rate of £35 per week when required - please pay at the property. Electricity is included.
A travel cot and high chair are provided.
Towels included but not for beach use.
Two well behaved pets are welcome.
There is a large, well-stocked convenience store close-by and the local owners can arrange grocery deliveries for your arrival.
