5 Star Farmhouse.

Nestling under Garnfawr, a huge rocky outcrop above Pwllderi in Pembrokeshire from the top of which you can see to St Davids, the Preseli Hills and even Ireland on a very clear day. Strumble Head is stunningly beautiful and a great place for walking and watching wildlife.

St Davids and Newport are within a half hour drive and well worth visiting. There are 186 miles of coastal path to enjoy and the coastal bus service passes close by.  You can walk right from the house along the bridle/footpath to the coast if you prefer.

The Farmhouse dates back to 1795 and has been sympathetically restored.

Holiday Accommodation

Ground Floor

The main entrance is into a spacious SITTING ROOM which has a wood burning stove and slate floor. It is furnished with leather sofas, occasional furniture, coffee table, television, DVD and a selection of books and games.

Through to the large DINING ROOM which has an ornamental fireplace and a dining table with 6 chairs.

Through to the KITCHEN which has slate floor and is fitted with a range of shaker style units, electric oven and hob, side by side fridge and freezer, dishwasher, washing machine and microwave oven.

Through to the utility room which has a SHOWER, wc and hand basin.

Both utility and shower rooms have exits through separate doorways to garden area making it ideal after a walking or a beach outing.

First Floor

A staircase leads from the sitting room to the 3 lovely bedrooms.

The MASTER BEDROOM has a fantastic beamed ceiling and views over the moorland. It is furnished with a king size bed, wardrobe, bedside tables, dressing table and a chair.

The BEDROOM 2 has twin beds, wardrobe, bed side tables, dressing table and a chair.

BEDROOM 3 has a single bed, wardrobe, bedside table, and dressing table.

The family BATHROOM has a suite of bath, WC and wash hand basin.

Bed linen is provided and towels included.

Garden and Parking

There is a walled garden to the side of the house with a large lawn area, garden table and chairs.

Parking for three cars.

Other Information

There is underfloor oil fired heating and the woodburning stove. Electricity and oil is included from May to September and charged for at a flat rate of £35 at all other times. Please leave your payment at the property.  A basket of logs are provided for the start of your holiday, more may be purchased locally.

A standard cot, highchair and stairgate are available on request.

No smoking in the farmhouse.

Towels are included in the rental.

Wifi enabled.

No pets.

Next to reference 538 which accommodates  people and has a double locked interconnecting door should larger parties wish to book both properties.
