A fabulous three storey Georgian farm house in Pembrokeshire with views of the rolling countryside yet only a few minute's drive from the coast, and the beach at Newgale, (approx 4.5 miles).

The spacious gardens around the property have ample room for children to play.

This large farm house accommodation is ideal for large families and perfect for groups of friends wishing to holiday together in peace and seclusion. It is just a short distance from St Davids, Haverfordwest and Fishguard, which makes it an ideal location for days out exploring different areas.


Holiday Accommodation

Ground Floor

The Entrance Hall leads to the comfortable LOUNGE, which has a fireplace providing a small multi-fuel stove, leather sofas, items of occasional furniture and a Plasma screen TV with dvd player.  There is a freeplay CD jukebox in the hallway.

Across the hall the DINING ROOM has a large oval table with red leather chairs to seat 14 and a decorative Victorian fireplace.

The KITCHEN is to the rear of the house, and is fitted with a large range style cooker with double oven and hob, fridge with small freezer compartment, dishwasher and a microwave oven.

There is a UTILITY ROOM with washing machine, tumble dryer, freezer and storage for boots, coats etc.

First Floor

There is a small bunk bedroom on the half landing, ideal for children.  Fitted wardrobe, chest of drawers and bedside table.

There are a further six spacious bedrooms, all of which have views over the rolling countryside. All have quality furniture and attractive colourful drapes and throws.

BEDROOM 1 is furnished with a leather King size bed and fitted wardrobes - this room also has a door leading to the:

BUNK BEDROOM 2 - which can have one door closed to be used completely independently from the hall way.

BEDROOM 3 on this floor also has a King sized bed.

The BATHROOM on this floor has a suite of bath, shower, wash handbasin and WC.

Second Floor

With a further three bedrooms and 2 more bathrooms.

BEDROOM 4 contains a king sized bed and co-ordinating bedroom furniture.

BEDROOM 5 has twin beds and bedroom furniture.

BEDROOM 6 has twin beds and bedroom furniture.

All the beds have duvets and will be made up with fresh linen for your arrival.

BATHROOM 2 has a suite of bath, separate shower, wash handbasin and WC

BATHROOM 3 has a suite of bath, wash handbasin and WC.

Garden and Parking

The grounds adjacent to the house have ample room for children to play while the adults relax; garden tables and  chairs are provided.

There are 2 acres of additional grounds with lakes with abundant wildlife for guests to enjoy just along the farm lane. This area is separate to the house.

Adjacent to this is a small private all weather riding arena and a stone stable. Guests are welcome to bring their own horse, Livery is available by prior arrangement.

There is ample parking for up to six cars adjacent to the property.

Other Information

There is full oil fired central heating throughout this large property; heating and electricity are charged at £80 October to April and £50 at all other times.  Payable at the property.

Towels available if required upon request at time of booking. £5 per guest - Payable at the property.  Alternatively you can bring your own.

Two travel cots and 2 high chairs are available and there are stair gates on each landing.

WiFi available.

This is a no smoking property.

Up to 2 well behaved pets are welcome £25 per pet per week payable at property.

Out of season discounts

This property offers an out of season small party discount of 20% off the marked price for breaks taken between November and March. Excluding school holidays.
