Enjoying a splendid spot in Pembrokeshire just beside the beach in Little Haven, this simple fisherman's cottage provides a unique position and provides welcoming accommodation.

There are three pubs in the village, which serve good food and ale and, for the long bracing walk you may have to take afterwards, the Coastal Path is just outside the front door.

There are many other beaches and coves within walking distance and, if you have your own boat, the slipway is just 20 yards away.

Every room in this cottage enjoys a great beach view.

Holiday Accommodation

Ground Floor

Entrance into open plan KITCHEN, SITTING AND DINING ROOM with a natural oak wooden floor with underfloor heating. The sitting area is furnished with a cottage 3 piece suite and matching armchairs, colour TV with Freeview and integrated DVD player, multi fuel stove (use coal for a good heat in the winter months) and items of occasional furniture. There is a dining table and chairs.

The hand made wooden KITCHEN is arranged along the far wall and has a range of fitted units, granite worktops, open box- shelving, electric cooker, fridge/freezer and microwave oven.
Leading off the kitchen is a UTILITY ROOM with an automatic washing machine and space for keeping beach or walking paraphernalia.

There is a single BEDROOM downstairs with sea views, wooden floor with underfloor heating.

First Floor

There are open tread stairs leading to two bedrooms.

BEDROOM 1 is furnished with a double bed, bedside tables, wardrobe and has a TV.

BEDROOM 2 has twin beds, chest of drawers and a sea view.

Bedlinen is provided for the beds which all have duvets.

The SHOWER ROOM (new 2019) has a modern suite of walk in shower, WC and wash hand basin.

Garden and Parking

The cottage also has a private timber deck (accessed by very steep steps) in an elevated position which enjoys stunning views over the village and beach.

Luggage can be unloaded/loaded outside the cottage, thereafter there is parking in the nearby village car park 

Other Information

There is electric underfloor heating downstairs and radiators upstairs, electricity is charged according to use. Please leave your payment at the property.

Travel cot provided.

WiFi enabled

Towels are provided but not for beach use.

Regretfully, no pets.
