You can cross the estuary at low tide to explore Newport Sands or just relax on the cliff top benches and soak up the view.
The town of Newport is within easy walking distance and has much to offer; a Norman castle and church, hotels, coffee shops, pubs, restaurants and takeaways.There is a butcher, baker, fishmonger, whole-food shop as well as art and craft galleries and a lively street market on (most) Mondays. Nearby you can also enjoy golf, horse riding, kayaking, sailing and birdwatching on the Nevern estuary - a protected sanctuary.

The KITCHEN has a range of dark oak units, electric cooker, dishwasher, larder fridge, freezer and microwave oven. An automatic washing machine and tumble drier are situated in the outhouse.
The DINING AREA has a dining table with 7 chairs.
BEDROOM 1 has a king size double bed, vanity unit, wardrobe and a rural view.
The BATHROOM is adjacent and has a bath with overhead electric shower, wash hand basin and WC.
There are a further two bedrooms in the attic space with exposed A-frames.
BEDROOM 2 has twin beds, wardrobe and an en-suite cloakroom with toilet and wash hand basin.
BEDROOM 3 has 3 single beds, a large dormer allowing you to sit, whatever the weather, and gaze at the superb sea views and especially the sunsets, built in wardrobe, colour TV, Freeview, DVD, CD player and en-suite shower-room with shower, toilet and wash hand basin.
All the beds will be made up with fresh bed linen for your arrival, towels are included.
To the rear is a private lawned area to relax or barbecue.
There is parking for 3 cars to the rear of the property.
There is full central heating throughout the apartment which is included from April to September and charged at £30 at all other times. Please leave your central heating payment at the property. Electricity is inclusive in the rental.
The owners live downstairs and are normally available for help or guidance if needed, but will respect your privacy.
A cot and highchair are available on request.
