Idyllically situated in the heart of the rolling Carmarthenshire countryside and just a mile from St Clears, this striking self catering barn conversion was once an old Granary and now makes an ideal holiday retreat for couples wanting to get away from it all.
The Granary is in a perfect location for exploring the surrounding countryside, visiting the Botanic Gardens of Wales with its immense glass house, Dylan Thomas' Boat house in Laugharne, and many other places of interest.
Within easy driving distance of the cottage there is a selection of sandy beaches to visit, along the spectacular coastline of Carmarthenshire and Pembrokeshire
The owners have taken great care to keep as many of the original features as possible and have decorated and furnished the cottage to a high standard.
The entrance opens into KITCHEN/DINING ROOM that is full of character with extensive exposed stone walls and slate flag stone floors throughout.
The KITCHEN is fitted with oak units, electric cooker, microwave oven, fridge freezer and an automatic washing machine.

The ground floor shower room contains a shower cubicle with electric shower, wash hand basin and WC.
