This comfortable semi-detached stone holiday cottage is situated in the village of Templeton, Pembrokeshire.
Narberth is nearby and offers an excellent range of boutiques, art galleries, delicatessens and individual shops.

The seaside towns of Saundersfoot and Amroth are just 4 miles away and Tenby 7 miles, all have superb beaches and plenty of attractions for all ages.
There is a friendly pub (The Boars Head Inn) which serves good food just a couple of minutes walk from the cottage.

The cottage offers lovely accommodation in a convenient location and the owners will provide you with a warm welcome.

Ground Floor

Entrance is from the porch, with space for coats into the kitchen and dining room.

The well equipped KITCHEN has a range of fitted oak units with an electric cooker, fridge/freezer, microwave oven, dishwasher and washing machine.

The DINING AREA has a dining table and 4 chairs.

The comfortable SITTING ROOM has a fireplace with an electric fire for chilly evenings, a two seater sofa, 2 reclining leather armchairs, coffee table, colour TV with satellite reception, DVD player, CD HiFi and items of antique occasional furniture.

BEDROOM 1 is on the ground floor and has a kingsize bed, fitted wardrobes with drawers and bedside tables.

The FAMILY BATHROOM is on the ground floor and has a suite of corner bath, WC and wash hand basin.

First Floor

Stairs lead to the galleried landing area with a low armchair and on to the second bedroom.

BEDROOM 2 - which has twin beds, large wardrobe, chest of drawers, bedside tables and a Satellite TV.
The En-suite SHOWER ROOM has a suite of shower cubicle, WC and wash hand basin.

The beds are all made up with quality linen, bedspreads and throws.

Garden and Parking

There is a lovely enclosed patio area to the fore of the cottage with a table and chairs and kettle barbecue.

Guests are also welcome to use the owner's large 3 quarter acre garden, being mindful of the fishpond where children are concerned.

There is ample private off road parking.

There is full central heating throughout the property.

A standard cot, highchair and stair gate are available on request.
