The seaside village of Newport is very attractive and has several pubs, restaurants, craft shops and galleries. Newport beach and various secluded coves are dotted along the coastline waiting to be explored and the coastal bus service can be caught at the end of the farm lane.
Riding stables at the next door farm. At any time of the year, this cottage will provide a cosy and welcoming base. Fresh hot bread, cakes and "ready meals" are available daily from the owner's daughter in law.
Entrance into the kitchen and dining room which has a tiled floor and enjoys sea views.
The KITCHEN AREA has a range of fitted units incorporating electric cooker, dishwasher, microwave oven, fridge freezer, automatic washing machine and a Welsh Dresser.
The DINING AREA has a Farmhouse dining table with chairs.
Two steps lead from the dining area to the bedrooms on the ground floor as this accommodation is reversed.
BEDROOM 1 has an open beamed ceiling and is furnished with a kingsize bed, pine wardrobe, chest of drawers and bedside tables.
BEDROOM 2 has an open beamed ceiling, a 3' bed and chest of drawers. The beds will be made up with fresh linen and duvets for your arrival.
The BATHROOM is also on the ground floor and has a white suite of bath with shower over, WC and wash hand basin.
The large SITTING ROOM is upstairs and has lovely sea views and an open beamed ceiling, it is furnished with ample comfortable seating, colour TV, DVD, video, Hi Fi and occasional furniture.
There is a garden to the fore of the cottage which enjoys superb sea views over Newport Bay and makes an ideal place to enjoy the superb west coast sunsets. Garden furniture is provided.
There is ample parking adjacent to the cottage.
Fresh bread, cakes and "home prepared ready meals" are usually available daily from the owner's daughter in law. At certain times of the busy farming year baking and cooking may not be available.
There is full oil fired central heating throughout the property, this and electricity will be charged for according to use. Please leave your payment at the property.
A cot, highchair and stairgate are available, please request when booking.
No smoking in the property.
WIFI connection is available at the cottage.
Towels are provided.
Up to two pets are welcome, but restricted to the kitchen/dining room.
