The apartment has reversed accommodation and shared steps lead up to the stable door into the main living space which has wooden flooring, exposed natural slate walls and oak beams.
The double aspect room is light and airy with a loft like atmosphere. It offers a fully fitted modern KITCHEN, with electric cooker, dishwasher, microwave oven and refrigerator. There is a washing machine, tumble drier and freezer in the utility room in the garage.
The DINING AREA has an oak dining table and chairs.
The SITTING AREA has comfortable seating, colour TV, Sky and DVD player, occasional furniture and a gas (woodburner style) stove for extra warmth.
Also on this floor is the twin bedded BEDROOM which is light and airy and has a TV, walk-in storage cupboard and bedside table.
The family BATHROOM has a suite of bath with shower attachment, WC and wash hand basin.
The MASTER BEDROOM is on the ground floor, it is furnished with a double bed, bedside cabinets, wardrobe, chest of drawers and a colour TV. It has an en-suite shower room with a shower cubicle, WC and wash hand basin. Beds all have duvets and will be made up with fresh linen for your arrival.
There is a garden to the rear (with a path to the neighbouring property beside it), the garden is a sun trap and has a lawn and patio area with potted plants and garden furniture.
There is a new parking for two cars outside the property and another in the integral garage, ample space for turning. Please note that access by car is via a narrow lane, confident drivers only. Not passable for cars wider than 1.85 metres. They should use the local pay and display car park.
There is gas central heating throughout the property - this and electricity are included in the rental from May to September and charged at a flat rate of £20 at all other times. Please leave your payment at the property.
