The SITTING AREA has comfortable seating, colour TV, Sky and DVD player, occasional furniture and a gas (woodburner style) stove for extra warmth.
Also on this floor is the twin bedded BEDROOM which is light and airy and has a TV, walk-in storage cupboard and bedside table.
The family BATHROOM has a suite of bath with shower attachment, WC and wash hand basin.
The MASTER BEDROOM is on the ground floor and furnished with a double bed, bedside cabinets, wardrobe, chest of drawers and a TV.
EN-SUITE - It has an en-suite shower room with a shower cubicle, WC and wash hand basin.
The beds all have duvets and will be made up with fresh linen for your arrival. Towels are included in the rental.
There is a garden to the rear (with a path to the neighbouring property beside it), the garden is a sun trap and has a lawn and patio area with potted plants and garden furniture.
There is a new private parking area for two cars outside the property and another in the integral garage, ample space for turning. Please note that access by car is via a narrow lane, confident drivers only and not passable for larger cars wider than 1.85 metres. They can use the local pay and display car park.
There is gas central heating throughout the property - this and electricity are included in the rental from May to September and charged at a flat rate of £20 at all other times. Please leave your cash payment at the property.
A travel cot, highchair and stair gate are available.
